Join us for 45-minute spinning sessions where you can expect classes taught by passionate instructors with fun, energizing playlists. Most importantly, expect to SWEAT. Classes are a mix of both rhythm-based and high-intensity interval training rides.


who are we?

Here at Off The Handle, we believe that every rider is an athlete, no matter his or her skill set. It’s our mission to make every person who walks through our door feel a little bit stronger than they were before they came. Begin that journey today to a stronger body & mindset.

It’s also our mission to give back to the community. Both owners are passionate about philanthropy and intend to donate a portion of the revenue to charities and hospitals, including Yoga Loka and St. Vincent’s Hospital.
