Aimee was born and raised in Gainesville, but a UF Gator by choice! She’s both a certified spin and yoga instructor and has taught at various gyms for the past 4 years. Aimee also works for the nonprofit Yogaloka, bringing yoga to the marginalized population with a focus on mental health. In her spare time, Aimee loves to scuba dive, cook, be outside, read, and spend time with her loved ones.
Bianca grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania before moving to Chicago to work for Salesforce.com. It was here that her love for cycling classes flourished and that she realized she wanted to make a career change out of sales and into fitness. She quit her job and moved to Sarasota, FL to open this studio.
Colleen was born and raised in San Diego, CA, where she worked as an elementary school teacher for over 20 years teaching grades K, 2, 3, and 5. She relocated with her husband, 2 rescue dogs, and cat to Osprey six years ago and has loved living in Florida ever since. Colleen is passionate about fitness and became a certified group fitness instructor 25+ years ago, working in a variety of gyms, health club, and spas (including La Costa and Cal A Vie.) In addition to teaching spin classes, she also has instructed aerobic dance, step, strength & toning. Her experience teaching group fitness has enabled her to inspire others to be happy, healthy, and the best they possibly can be!
Kristen is a former pastry chef, turned fitness professional with a passion for food, fitness, and inspiring wellness. In 2001, in an effort to spend time with her new baby and empower other new moms to get fit, Kristen developed Baby Boot Camp in San Francisco, CA. She now has over 85 franchised units nationwide. Kristen has a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition and she is passionate about sharing the power of whole food plant-based nutrition. Kristen started teaching spinning classes in 2008 in Santa Barbara, CA. She has over 20 years of experience teaching in San Francisco, CA and Sarasota, FL, and she loves that indoor cycling provides a high intensity workout without high impact, making it great for all ages and stages of fitness.
